The House of Fraser is a big thief who didn’t send the products what you buy online and also they don’t give you money back … please avoid this company forever, is not worthy to but with them nothing, unless if you want to lose your money . HOUSE OF FRASER IS A BIG THIEF.

Issue with Refusal to exchange product

Although the the clothes are good quality, customer service leaves a lot to be desired because there is absolutely no way to speak to a person re. a complaint & what would normally have been a 5-min verbal conversation took 1-hour via chat because the responses were sooooo slow!
