1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Resolver Monthly Newsletter Draw (the "Draw"), organised by Resolver (resolver.co.uk) ("Organiser").

2. Eligibility

The Draw is open to all current and new subscribers of the Resolver Newsletter who are residents of the United Kingdom and are 18 years of age or older.

Employees of Resolver and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements

Entry to the Draw is automatic upon subscription to the Resolver Newsletter.

Both new and existing subscribers are eligible for the Draw.

4. Draw Mechanics

The Draw will take place on the first working day of each month.

One winner will be randomly selected from the list of eligible subscribers.

5. Prize

The prize for the Draw is £100 (one hundred pounds) which will be awarded to one winner each month.

The prize is non-transferable and no alternative prizes or cash equivalents are available.

The prize will be paid via bank transfer. The winner will be required to provide their account name, sort code, and account number for the transfer.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of subscription.

The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner within seven (7) days of the Draw.

If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the notification email, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner via bank transfer within thirty (30) days of the winner confirming their acceptance and providing the necessary bank details for the prize transfer.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Draw and in accordance with Resolver’s Privacy Policy.

By entering the Draw, participants consent to the use of their personal data for this purpose.

9. General Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Draw if it is necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.

The Organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Draw or accepting the prize.

Nothing shall exclude the Organiser’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
