Get your voice heard

You can be certain that you’re talking to the right person at the right time. We automatically connect you to contacts at thousands of household names, ombudsmen and regulators to find a resolution.

Based on resolver’s experience to date, it can be extremely frustrating trying to get through to call centres and whilst National Rail Enquiries handle over 700,000 enquiries every day, they are not immune to poor service on occasion. If you have experienced any problems with contacting the National Rail call centre and wish to report this, resolver recommends that you contact their Customer Service department via their website (www.nationalrail.co.uk) or by email at customer.relations@nationalrail.co.uk . Alternatively, a phone number and postal address can be found on their website.

If you have encountered any issues getting through to the call centres of specific train operators resolver recommends that you similarly submit a complaint by email or in writing to the relevant customer services department.

If you are not satisfied with their response, resolver recommends that you contact either London Travelwatch at enquiries@londontravelwatch.org.uk (for the London area) or Passenger Focus at advice@passengerfocus.org.uk (for outside London) who will assist you in your complaint. resolver can assist you in submitting, recording and reminding you when and who to escalate to.

resolver can help you to resolve this issue for free, quickly and without hassle. As a first step we can assist you in writing your complaint. You can click on the link below to create your email.
