How does Resolver work?
Free forever
Resolver is free. Just raise a case and leave feedback after. Simple! We’ve helped millions of people find a resolution. Get started now and let’s get this sorted.
Know your rights
There’s no jargon in our rights guides. Instead, they’re full of the info you need to get things sorted. We’ll always be on hand with guidance and support to help you get the results you’re looking for.
Get your voice heard
You can be certain that you’re talking to the right person at the right time. We automatically connect you to contacts at thousands of household names, ombudsmen and regulators to find a resolution.
Any expression of unhappiness about the service provided or construction works carried out by or on behalf of HS2 Ltd will be treated as a complaint.
If your complaint relates to HS2 construction work, it may require immediate attention. The HS2 Helpdesk is open all day, every day and can be contacted anytime on their Freephone number 08081 434 434.
If you have complained to HS2 and your complaint remains unresolved, your complaint will be referred to the Independent Construction Commissioner. The Construction Commissioner’s role is to mediate and monitor the way in which HS2 Ltd manages and responds to construction complaints.
The Construction Commissioner will carry out an independent review of the case. Then the Commissioner will advise both parties on the final outcome and what may happen next.
